These terms cover this website and enquiries sent through it. A purchase is governed by the written agreement and the Escrow.com transaction made for it.

The site

The pages describe how Adlin Group works. They are general information, not an offer. Nothing here is legal, tax or trademark advice; take your own advice before buying any name.

Offers

A name is offered only in writing, to a named company, at a stated figure. An offer may be withdrawn until it is accepted in writing, and a name can be sold to someone else before then. A figure given to one company is not a public price.

Enquiries

Use the form for genuine questions about a name. Do not send material you have no right to share. We may decline to answer an enquiry without giving a reason.

Names and trademarks

We do not knowingly hold or offer names built on another party's trademark. If you believe one of ours conflicts with your rights, write to isabel@adlingroup.com with the details and we will look at it promptly.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Adlin Group is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its contents.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute is for the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
