About
Isabel Montero
Isabel manages the introductions: which names go to which companies, and the note that explains why.
She has spent eight years between digital brand strategy and domain portfolio work. The brand side taught her how customers actually look for a business; the portfolio side taught her which names are worth holding. The two meet in one question she asks before every note: would this company's own customers type these words?
Her notes are short on purpose. Each one gives a single observation about the company's market or the address it uses today, one figure, and a question you can answer in a line. If the answer is no, that is the end of it.
She answers every reply and every enquiry herself.
The office
Adlin Group works from Capitol Square in downtown Columbus, in the office tower facing the Ohio Statehouse. Central Ohio runs on insurers, distributors, contractors and clinics, the kind of operating companies whose customers search in plain words, which is much of who we write to. The names themselves go to companies anywhere in the United States.
