What we collect

When you use the enquiry form: the address you ask about, the topic you choose, your name, company, email, phone if you give it, your message, and the IP address the form was sent from. When you email us: the message and whatever it contains. When we write to you first: your name, role, company and business email, taken from your company's own website or other public business sources.

Why

To answer you, to discuss the sale of a name to your company, and to keep a record of that conversation. Our basis is the legitimate interest of a business offering a business a relevant asset, and, once you write to us, your request.

Who processes it

The site and its form run on Cloudflare. Enquiries and email are stored with the email provider that hosts our mailbox. If a purchase goes ahead, Escrow.com receives the details it needs to run the transaction under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or share information with anyone else, and the site has no analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels.

How long

Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted within 24 months of the last message. Records of a completed purchase are kept for seven years for tax purposes. If you ask us to stop writing, we keep only your address on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.

Your choices

Reply "stop" to any note and you will not hear from us again. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to isabel@adlingroup.com. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
